Lyubov Syadro set us the task of developing a name and brand identity for an interior design studio located in the sunny seaside city of Sevastopol. "The most beautiful and warmest place on earth is your home. It is filled with the music of life, and light gently envelops your dreams. Home is where inspiration is born!" — it was this philosophy that we had to reflect in the brand identity.
One name immediately stood out from the options we had developed: Lumia. This beautiful name, which evokes direct associations with the gentle rays of the Crimean sun, resonated in our hearts. Light is like new ideas for interior design projects and the emotions of happy customers. It is warmth, gentleness, and honesty. It is exactly what we were looking for.

The logo, symbol, brand identity, and color palette that were developed later build on the idea behind the name. Each element harmoniously captures the atmosphere of warmth and natural light, creating a memorable image of Lumia as the embodiment of inspiration, comfort, and home.

The logo is designed in a minimalist style. The strict, solid font with soft, smoothed corners strikes a clever balance between restrained conciseness and warmth. The name is arranged in a semicircle, reminiscent of the sun above the horizon, and the rhythm of the letters gives the impression of a soft glow.
Special attention has been paid to details: the lower projection of the letter L resembles a light shadow, reinforcing the connection with natural light, while the unusual placement of the registration mark at the bottom directs the eye in a circle, returning it to the accent letter at the beginning. This makes the logo dynamic and memorable.

Dominant white with elements of gold and black—the proportions of color create a feeling of purity and delicate, unobtrusive luxury.
A logo is visual poetry, where every line breathes. Single-line arches flowing into one another appear light and monumental at the same time. Before us is an architectural masterpiece, sketched with a single confident stroke of the pen.
This symbol embodies a dialogue between opposites: the massiveness of the arches is lightened by delicate transitions, and the form is filled with an internal rhythm. Like a ray of sunlight gliding across ancient columns, the monogram balances between static and dynamic elements, giving rise to Lumia’s recognizable visual code.

The main color—white—spreads like fresh milk and blends into the glimmering horizon. Golden accents complement it like drops of honey, synonymous with luxury and nobility. This palette is complemented by deep black, which adds graphicity and completeness, like the delicate outline of a sketch that transforms a draft into a work of art.

Light serves as a metaphor for inspiration and seems to become a co-author of the studio’s projects. Pure and clear as morning, yet as calming as sunset glints in an interior, it seems to convey a tactile warmth. The brand’s style is based on a focus on genuine emotions and how design not only decorates a space, but fills it with harmony and joy. 
Each element of the identity is decorated with a natural glow and a sense of softness—as if the first rays of the sun are touching the glare on the sea water. It is not just a visual identity, but a materialized feeling of comfort.

The cover for the design project is a metaphor for light shining through windows. The design has sliding elements, so negotiations and the search for the best solution for implementation took several months. In the end, we arrived at the ideal execution of the design concept, which subsequently received a number of awards from Russian and international experts in the field of branding and packaging.
Polygraphy
The website conveys the unique aesthetics and inimitable charm of the Lumia brand. It is concise, seemingly glowing from within, soulful, and lively. The first thing visitors see is the brand animation we developed during the branding stage. The outline of the logo gradually appears through architectural elements. The black background fades away, and the user is taken to the home page, where they can access all the necessary information. The minimalist design echoes the Lumia style and makes browsing the site pleasant and comfortable. For greater informativeness, we used large photos, combining them with text.

When creating the website, we managed to strike a delicate balance between static and dynamic elements. The calm and restrained tone of the narrative is harmoniously complemented by animated elements and dynamic blocks. This sets the right mood and allows visitors to enjoy exploring the resource. A special feature is the 3D interior view. Particular attention has been paid to the presentation of the text. The layout continues the play of light through the use of large amounts of white space and alignment across the width. The result is a luxurious and comfortable feeling.
